Childhood Immunization Schedule
Lawrence Pediatrics requires all patients to keep current on their vaccinations. Patients who fall behind on the immunization schedule may be dismissed from the practice.

Lawrence Pediatrics aligns the recommended CDC immunization schedule with well-child checks to ensure complete preventative care.
Birth: HBV
2 Months: Vaxelis (DTaP, IPV, Hib, HBV), PCV13, Rotavirus
4 Months: Vaxelis (DTaP, IPV, Hib, HBV), PCV13, Rotavirus
6 Months: Vaxelis (DTaP, IPV, Hib, HBV), PCV13, Rotavirus *Note: influenza vaccine recommended yearly beginning at age 6 months.
9 Months: Catch up as-needed.
12 Months: MMR, Var, PCV13, HAV
15 Months: Catch up as-needed.
18 Months: Pentacel (DTaP, IPV, Hib), HAV
2-3 Years: Catch up as-needed.
4-6 Years: Quadracel (DTaP, IPV), MMRV
7-10 Years: Catch up as-needed.
11 Years: Tdap, MCV4, HPV9 series
12-15 Years: Catch up as-needed.
16 Years and older: MenB, MCV4
*Influenza vaccine annually starting at age 6 months. Children ages 8 years and younger who get a flu vaccine for the first time will receive it in two separate doses at least 28 days apart for best efficacy.
