Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12 Noon and 1:15PM to 5:00PM (please note that phones turn off at 4:30PM).
Should you have an urgent concern, outside of business hours, our after hours triage nurses are available to help*. Simply call our office at 785-856-9090 and follow the prompts to leave your information for a call back from a triage nurse. These trained pediatric nurses will help answer your questions, or direct you to an after hours provider, should your child require one immediately.
You may find answers to your non-urgent questions/concerns outside of regular office hours on the American Academy of Pediatrics’ website, www.healthychildren.org. There, you can either put your question into the search box or click on “Health Issues” to find answers to your questions.
*Due to licensing guidelines we are only able to offer medical advice to patients established with our practice and physically in the state of Kansas. If you have not established with our office (i.e. been evaluated by a provider), or are currently out of state, you will need to seek medical advice/care at a local Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Room.
After Hours Providers
While it is preferable to see your pediatrician, occasionally your child may have an illness that needs attention outside of clinic hours. Our after hours triage nurses can discuss your child symptoms and possible treatments or help direct you for care.
